 I wanted to write to you, on paper, the old fashioned way as I see a direct parallel between this and how your staff conducted themselves throughout our recent event, the old fashioned way…good service, can-do attitudes and professionalism beyond what is expected in this day and age.

 I know what to expect when I book Sustainable for our charters on Micat, professionals in their field, neat and tidy presentation and smiles on tap. For the national vehicle launch event on Moreton Island on the 3rd of August 2011, with its months of logistical planning, I saw another side, possibly an even better side of your company and its staff.

 Chris Cole is singled out for his optimism under trying circumstances and his pure nerve to fight for what he saw as quality at every turn.

 Also to be singled out is Krsiten, your on-island catering manager who, like Chris managed to keep a professional head in difficult circumstances and in leading her team through some very exhausting days. Her team were always courteous, professional and respectful to the needs of the managing parties.

 Craig, your team is a credit to you. I do believe that our staff are our biggest asset and as representatives of your company, your staff will do you proud every time.

".....Many thanks Nicola.  I have sent you a cheque for the outstanding balance. The function at my daughter’s home on Saturday night  was an outstanding success.The quality and presentation of the food was five star. Your four staff were exceptional both in personal presentation and the manner in which they served the food and drinks.  There was limited space but they seemed to move effortlessly among the guests, always explaining each dish as it was served and always with a smile or a friendly comment. It has been a pleasure dealing with you personally since Day One.  I didn’t believe this kind of service and quality still existed.
