Canape Menu

Catering for your cocktail function with our delicious seasonal Canapé menu will make your event anything but ordinary.  Whether you’ve got 500 V.I.P.’s to feed or you’re supplying after work nibblies, our three tiered canapé menu allows you to build a menu to suit any budget and occasion.

We suggest five pieces per person for the first hour then four pieces per person for each hour thereafter. If your event is over a major meal period, we recommend you add some substantial items form our Substantial Cocktail Menu.

All of our menus include a variety of gluten free (gf), dairy free (df), vegetarian (v) and vegan (vg) options to enable you to cater for all of your guests no matter what their dietary requirements are.

Cold Canapes     

Chicken and spinach ballontine, “Finocchiona”,

Coriander seed crusted scallop with fennel
